Quaint, comfortable and beautiful, one of the first houses built in East
Glacier Park, House 200 has been artfully remodeled into one of the
most unique rental houses in town. It has wood floors, cedar
paneling, wooden wall designs and many other neat pieces of
woodwork. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining nook, a
custom bath with a tub/shower, one queen bed in a separate
bedroom with its own flat screen TV, 2 double beds located in alcove.
Large living room with recliners, queen sized hide-a-bed, large flat
screen TV and a glassed in front porch. It's got satellite TV, good cell
phone reception, heating and cooling, all new very comfortable
furniture and beds. There is a large fenced in yard with aspen trees
and a picnic table and plenty of parking. Housekeeping is included
and a free breakfast.
Right out the front door is the full view of the landmark peaks of the
southeast corner of Glacier National Park,  Summit Mountain,
Dancing Woman Mountain, Mount Henry and Scenic Point. The
presence, serenity and beauty of this skyline is astounding especially
when colored with their sunsets and morning light.
Walk to restaurants, shops, golfing, fishing, hiking trails, bus tours
and horse riding. Car rentals, the Amtrak Station, churches, library
and all services are available in town. East Glacier Park is the
gateway town to the spectacular east side of Glacier National Park,
where a full range of recreational opportunities await. Short rides will
take you to magnificent scenery, wildlife viewing, boat rides on
mountain lakes, hiking trails, picnic areas, sunsets, sunrises and
alpenglow in the Two Medicine, St. Mary's and Many Glacier Valleys.
Going to the Sun Highway, one of the most famous roads in the
world, follows up St. Mary's Valley, over the Continental Divide
surrounded by breathtaking vistas of snow capped peaks, mountain
glaciers and the Garden Wall.

The Park offers guided nature walks and evening programs at many
locations. Lots of restaurants, shopping, information centers and
other services are available all along the way. At the end of your day
relax in your back yard in the cool fresh mountain air. Nightlife can be
found in town for those so inclined.
